Tara is amazing. Think they are under staffed. They work so hard in this heat! They were trying so hard and explained everything. Tara always does such a goid job. Manager is great everytime. There is a young. Man there blondish/ ginger hair. Directs alk the cars taking phone calls and works so well with customers. If he isn't assistant manager he should be.

I have a Ford C Max but you don’t have a tool in order to check a filter I have near the motor under the hood. AND you list a coupon on line and it asks to send to my email or text. I listed text and it was sent (30 minutes later) but when I tried to use it when the total charged was made for me to pay, the tech said he was instructed by corporate to NOT ACCEPT any coupons if they were not directly from the website! WHAT?!?!?!?!? Who is the genius who made this decision? Time to call him/her out as heads will roll.

The service was excellent. They changed my oil in less than 10 minutes, checked all the fluids, the air filter, and the internal air filter, which the dealership had missed for the last 6 years. The car inspection went fast. The manager runs a fun teamwork environment. They have a new customer for life!

The oil change was fine ... the time it was done in was a bit long in my opinion there was 2 cars in the bays on arival and i was placed into the 3rd remaining open bay... while I was sitting there I watched the prices go up... as fo me i paid $57 dollars for an oil change that I provided my own oil.. so was just the filter and the service... seems kinda high but I guess that's just life's prices are nowadays ....

Update: one oil service hatch under the car is missing, and the 2nd service hatch is damaged after coming loose while driving. Overfilled my oil. No free water. Took 25-30 minutes. Engine ran rough after oil change and they had no idea what to say and told me it was fine after the rpm kept jumping, seemed confused. Last time I was here they said my coolant was the wrong color. I didn’t change it at all. This time I show up and they say it’s the perfect color.
